CHARLEMONT, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Charlemont’s Chief of Police Jason Pelletier will be resigning at the end of this fiscal year and Officer Kyle Sweeney will become the interim chief, effective July 1st. Pelletier has served the Charlemont Police Department for ten years and as chief since 2022.
