Governor signs legislation making changes to Cannabis Control Commission

BOSTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Governor Healey has signed new legislation that restructures the Cannabis Control Commission, makes changes to existing cannabis laws, and doubles the amount of marijuana business licenses an owner may possess. The Commission will now have three, instead of five, Commissioners who are appointed by the Governor.
